Ans- Check zari work because the original banarasi saree is made with pure zari like gold or silver zari.

Que- Can Banarasi sarees be worn in summer?

Ans- Yes you can but choose lightweight sarees like Georgette Banarasi Saree, Kora Silk Saree, or Organza Saree. 

Que- Does the product look the same as shown on the website?

Ans- Yes, but a slight change in color because of the lighting in the photo.

Que- Do you have an original banarasi saree and real zari?

Ans- Yes, thebanarasi.com has original banarasi sarees and uses real zari.

Que-  Are you making custom designs?

Ans- No, because all our sarees are Handloom sarees therefore it takes a month to complete that’s why we do not make custom designs.

Que- How should I care for my Banarasi saree?

Ans- We recommended that you dry clean only your saree because it preserves zari and fabric quality, store it in a muslin cloth, keep it in a cool, dry place, and avoid direct sunlight.

Que- Who are your shipping partners?

Ans- Our shipping partners are BlueDart, DTDC, DHL, UBX, and FedEx.

Que- Do you ship the product internationally?

Ans- Yes, we ship both nationally and internationally. 

Que- What do I do if I missed my delivery?

Ans- Ideally, our courier partner tries to 3 call if you missed the delivery.

Que- In what condition do I return my product?

Ans- When you received a damaged product 

Que- Are you providing refunds?

Ans- Yes, but when we received the product and searched for the fault that you complained about and if the fault is detected, then you get a refund amount within 7 days.

Que- In what situation would I cancel my order?

Ans- If your order is not shipped on the shipping date then you can cancel the order and your refund will be credited.
